**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming phone calls within the first 2 rings, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
* Acting as a liaison between customers and our team, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of complaints, orders, errors, and other queries
* Utilizing computer technology to best assist customers, including verifying order information and resolving customer issues
* Informing customers of sales and promotions, and providing solutions, explanations, and options to resolve customer issues
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports as assigned, and following up with customers who leave reviews and coordinating manager responses to complaints
* Assisting Account Managers as assigned, and communicating effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations
* Assisting with other office duties as needed, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on active listening, adaptability, and problem-solving
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
