As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Greet every customer and teammate with a smile, and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
* Serve as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management.
* Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions.
* Assist the manager with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards.
* Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
* Promote and provide training to new and current teammates on company programs, such as customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, and more.
* Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
* Maintain confidentiality of all company information.
* Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
* Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
