**Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* **Interacting with customers**: Provide courteous and professional service to create raving fans.
* **Assisting sales consultants**: Finalize sales orders, including payment transactions, delivery set up, and more.
* **Triaging incoming phone calls**: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* **Contacting customers**: Resolve delivery and service issues, and interact with various departments to resolve any issues.
* **Reconciling cash drawer**: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling at the end of each shift.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Proficient computer skills**: Ability to learn new programs and navigate our systems.
* **Excellent communication skills**: Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
* **Mathematical and organizational skills**: Accurately process transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* **Effective reading and communication skills**: Clearly communicate with customers and colleagues.
* **1-2 years of retail experience**: Preferred but not required.
