**Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate – Print, Signs & Graphics, and Shipping Expert**

Our team members are the backbone of our organization, and we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, development, and success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional customer service experiences, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Providing expert knowledge in print, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines, recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services to customers * Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information * Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping, including wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Cleaning, repairing, and stocking all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage * Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in retail customer service or a related field * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping product lines * Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and financial transactions * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our team members with opportunities for growth and development.
