**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* **Customer Interaction**
+ Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shipping and packing needs.

+ Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
* **Service and Sales**

* **Transaction Management**

+ Ensure all shipping documentation is completed correctly and legibly.
* **Operational Support**
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the customer service counter and surrounding areas.
+ Restock supplies and materials as needed to ensure smooth operations.
+ Follow company policies and procedures for shipping, handling, and safety.
* **Technical Proficiency**
+ Operate point-of-sale systems, shipping software, and other relevant technology.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with shipping equipment and systems.
* **Team Collaboration**
+ Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
+ Assist with training new employees and sharing best practices for customer service and sales.
* **Compliance**

+ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for shipping and handling.
**Qualifications**
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
* **Experience**: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
