Job Overview
In this critical role, you will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services. You will operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, manage the production queue and output, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think critically, and communicate clearly will be essential in ensuring the success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to understand their individualized needs and provide tailored solutions.
Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services.
Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information.
Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping, and set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment.
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment, and ensure the confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages.
Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change.
Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability.


Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent education, and have at least 6 months of specialized experience in a customer-facing environment. You will also need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods. The ability to move and lift 55 pounds, bend/twist at the waist and knees, and communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, having previous experience in a retail environment, and knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines would be highly desirable. The ability to work with minimal supervision, and to perform multiple tasks at the same time would also be an asset.
