**Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in retail sales, cashier duties, or customer-centric positions is highly desirable
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, tug, and lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs periodically (up to 5 times per hour)
* Capacity to manage tasks that involve standing or walking for up to 4 hours without breaks
* Competence in carrying out repetitive movements for brief time frames (up to 2 hours without interruption)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
