**Job Summary**

As an experienced Resolution Services Generalist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our Remote Customer Meeting Point. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, while also providing proactive support to prevent future issues. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
* Provide proactive support to prevent future issues and improve customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes.
* Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date with careerzynith products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support.
* Work collaboratively with the Remote Customer Meeting Point team to achieve shared goals and objectives.

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
* Knowledge of careerzynith products and services.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
* Fluency in multiple languages, including English and German.
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
