What You'll Do: Making a Difference Every Day

As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be the frontline hero who transforms challenging situations into opportunities for connection and resolution. Key Responsibilities


Customer Connection: Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional support that exceeds expectations and creates memorable experiences
Problem Resolution: Expertly navigate complex customer inquiries, demonstrating strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
Product & Service Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive understanding of arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance
Empathy-Driven Interactions: Listen actively, show genuine compassion, and de-escalate tense situations with professionalism and patience
Documentation Excellence: Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps in our CRM systems to ensure continuity of care

Compliance Adherence: Follow all regulatory guidelines and arenaflex policies to ensure security and confidentiality of customer information

What We're Looking For: Your Skills & Qualifications

Basic Qualifications


High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work remotely from a dedicated home office space
Reliable private internet connection (cable or fiber, minimum 5Mbps download speed on VPN, 10+ Mbps preferred)
Residency in the continental United States (we're unable to consider applicants from California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time)


Preferred Qualifications


Previous experience in financial services, banking, or fintech industries
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
Experience with CRM platforms and customer service software
Background in handling high-volume customer interactions
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) – a plus but not required

Network Security: Password-protected private network with direct ownership or line of sight to all devices
Speed Requirements: Minimum 5Mbps download speed on VPN (10+ Mbps preferred)
Internet Service Providers: Must be from cable or fiber providers (satellite services prohibited)
Performance Standards: arenaflex reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements are subject to change with 60 days notice.

Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour
Annual Salary Range: $43,680 (for work from home positions in specified locations)
Note: Actual annualized salary will be reflected in your offer letter based on location and qualifications
