**Job Summary**

As a Remote Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative in a Contractor Role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email. You will work independently, managing your schedule and workload to meet client expectations and deliver outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
