Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of security engineers to resolve complex security issues across multiple domains
Collaborate with various teams to define security objectives, conduct penetration testing, and provide security training
Develop and implement strategies to unify security vulnerability management across Hotstar
Work with all departments to help them track and understand the risk of vulnerabilities, providing reporting and awareness on vulnerabilities beyond SLA
Analyze gaps that could be remediated at scale, identifying patterns and areas for improvement
Assist in achieving security compliance and maintaining the highest security standards
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Relevant engineering work experience and technical leadership experience
A history of partnering with recruiting to build exceptional engineering teams
Proven experience in training and guiding colleagues in their careers
Experience in setting item security strategy and autonomously starting self-sustaining teams
Security engineering capability and experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale applications

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of experience as an individual contributor and 3+ years of experience in people management
