Job Overview The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements to support the Quality Control team Assist in creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders Help analyze ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding Assist in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of data requirements Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision May perform other work duties as directed by the Team Leader Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively present ideas and findings to diverse audiences. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase is highly desirable.
