As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. * Promoting interest in client products and services

* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Qualifications**
