Job Summary We're looking for a talented and experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist to provide exceptional customer service, support, and engagement to our clients through live chats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance. Address customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting or exceeding performance targets and quality metrics. Portray and project a positive and professional image of Blithequark, reflecting our values and commitment to customer satisfaction. Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting. Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service. Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Familiarity with CRM tools and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines and performance targets. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively with different personalities and customer types. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong understanding of self-motivation and time management. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to customer interactions. Certification or training in customer service, sales, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
