Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal escalation
Develop relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and recommendations
Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing valuable solutions to clients
Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting performance metrics and contributing to the overall success of the customer service team
Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of integrity and representing arenaflex in a respectful and courteous manner
Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
