Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal disruption to our clients
Develop and maintain relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support, resulting in increased client satisfaction and loyalty
Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing your excellent communication skills and knowledge of our products and services
Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and contributing to the growth and success of our business
Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating your commitment to excellence and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Portray and project a positive and professional image, reflecting the values and mission of arenaflex, and maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication
Experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues
Strong telephone etiquette, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Familiarity with CRM tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies, and a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
