Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy in all customer interactions. Manage multiple chat sessions at once while ensuring high-quality communication and quick resolution of problems. Document chat interactions and outcomes for tracking and reporting purposes. Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve more complex customer issues.
