Working Hours and Location
The working hours for this role are 11:00am-7:30pm EST, with rotating weekends and holidays. To be eligible for this position, you must currently reside in a state where arenaflex is licensed, including AZ, CO, IN, FL, KS, MA, MI, MO, and OH.
Key Responsibilities
Contact physician's offices as needed for refill authorization and verification of orders
Process all new and refill prescriptions, maintaining productivity and quality standards
Open orders, verify eligibility, proof, and input prescriptions into the system
Document correspondence and follow up in the system, ensuring accurate and timely communication
Prepare audit sheets and provide feedback to management, contributing to continuous quality improvement
Forward incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and track status in the system
Initiate and document correspondence and follow up in the system, ensuring prompt and professional communication
Answer incoming calls promptly, providing a high standard of customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries and concerns
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
Long-term care pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and customer service principles
Experience with frameworks and Docutrack, or similar software systems
