Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer support queries via live chat on websites and social media accounts, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, discounts, shipping rates, return policies, and other relevant topics. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner, escalating complex problems to senior support agents or management as needed. Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions, new releases, and other relevant information. Work independently, managing your schedule and workload to meet the minimum hour requirement while maintaining high-quality support standards. Follow provided steps and instructions closely, adhering to blithequark's customer support guidelines and best practices. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Remote Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you'll need: A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). A reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to support live chat interactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions. A minimum of 10 hours availability per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed. The ability to work independently, managing your time and workload effectively in a remote work environment.
