* Meet or exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction metrics

**Skills and Requirements**
* Capable of using a device with access to social media and website chat functions
* Independent worker with strong self-motivation and a passion for customer engagement
* Precise follower of detailed instructions and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Must be available to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
