**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Live Chat Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* **Leading a team of remote live chat agents**: You'll oversee a team of remote live chat agents, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
* **Monitoring live chat conversations**: You'll monitor live chat conversations to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to agents to enhance their performance.
* **Developing and implementing strategies**: You'll develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of live chat operations, including process improvements, training programs, and technology enhancements.
* **Collaborating with other departments**: You'll work closely with other departments, such as customer service, sales, and marketing, to address customer issues and provide solutions.
* **Analyzing data and performance metrics**: You'll analyze data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* **Training new agents**: You'll train new agents on live chat software and best practices to ensure they're equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
* **Escalating customer inquiries**: You'll take escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.

**Requirements**

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Manager, you'll need:

* **7+ years of experience in a similar role**: You'll have at least 7 years of experience in a customer service or operations leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
* **Energetic and dedicated personality**: You'll be a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Strong communication and organizational skills**: You'll have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
* **Experience in project management**: You'll have experience in project management, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive results.
