Job Summary We're seeking a fully remote Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to handle live chats from customers worldwide. As a Live Chat specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support, answering customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and detailed information about our shipping containers and services Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a efficient and effective manner Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with our sales team to identify sales opportunities and provide support Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services Work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a live chat or chat support environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST (with flexibility to adjust to other time zones) Preferred Qualifications: We prefer candidates with the following qualifications: Experience in the shipping or logistics industry Knowledge of shipping containers and industry terminology Certification in customer support or a related field Experience with multiple time zones and languages What We Offer: At blithequark, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive base salary of $500 per month 5% commission on container sales (approximately $20-$30 per container) Paid training and ongoing support Paid sick days and paid days off Holidays such as Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve Contract provided Opportunities for career growth and professional development Work Environment and Culture: At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and inclusive work environment.
