About the Role We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Live Chat specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers through live chats. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to live chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the assistance they need to make informed purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is willing to learn and grow with our company. Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chats from customers in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services. Utilize our training program to develop a deep understanding of our shipping containers, including features, benefits, and applications. Build strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and provide support in closing sales. Meet and exceed performance targets, including sales and customer satisfaction goals. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work a fixed schedule, Monday – Friday, 9am-6pm EST. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in our selection process: Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field. Knowledge of the shipping container industry or a related field. Experience with live chat software and CRM systems. Fluency in multiple languages. Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package, including: Base salary of $500 per month. 5% commission on sales, with an average earning potential of $20-$30 per container sold. Twice-monthly pay via Wise or Payoneer. Paid sick days, paid days off, and holidays, including Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve.
