Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for increasing revenue by responding to and initiating incoming and outgoing customer inquiries, using company resources, policies, and procedures to provide complete and accurate data. This role requires excellent telephone customer service skills, computer literacy, and mastery of the English language.

Key Responsibilities

* Establish customer contact by initiating follow-up outbound calls and receiving inbound return calls
* Promote products and facilitate customer needs to utilize company's products or services by adequately assessing customer qualification, thoroughly explaining product/services benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
* Resolve customer concerns by providing appropriate information regarding products and services
* Record customer information and maintain database by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
* Ensure quality service by following departmental and company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and standards
* Facilitate sales process by communicating/sharing information with appropriate internal and external contacts
* Complete and ensure accurate validation of insurance benefits
* Provide customer follow-up as required
* Contribute to departmental objectives by accomplishing required contact and sales results, and ability to track and report progress of sales results

Requirements

* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Inside sales experience
* Call Center experience
* Medical industry knowledge beneficial
* Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
* Excellent telephone customer service skills
* Computer literacy
* Mastery of the English language, both oral and written

Computer Requirements

* This position requires use of your own equipment. The company does provide the hard phone.
* Internet: High Speed (Minimum 50 mbps download /20 mbps upload)
* Ethernet port or adaptor: Must be hard wired to the internet (Wi-Fi is not supported) for PC or hard phone. 2 modem/router ports are required.
* Processor: 1.6 GHz or greater
* Memory: Minimum of 8 GB RAM
* Browser: Chrome, Edge
* Operating System: Windows 10 or 11 (No Chromebooks, No Mac's)
* Monitors: Dual monitors
* Headset and Webcam or internal camera: Wired, USB to be used during training/interviews
