**Key Responsibilities**

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax, accurately determining their requirements and needs.
* Utilizing available resources to provide quotes and process orders efficiently, maintaining meticulous documentation.
* Effectively communicating pricing, lead times, and product information to both new and existing customers.
* Collaborating with various departments to fulfill special customer requests, optimizing solutions and building strong customer relationships.
* Staying informed about our production and shipping methods to ensure accurate delivery timelines and proactive communication.
* Championing continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to office procedures and departmental performance.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

* Strong analytical skills to efficiently address customer inquiries and provide optimal solutions.

* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adapting your approach as needed.

* An Associate's degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
