About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a remote representative, you will answer inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services, providing exceptional support and explaining services and claims information. This is a full-time opportunity with hours available between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm Central Time Zone, Monday through Friday. Our starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more through our monthly incentive program. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming claim calls and log data into our proprietary medical bill review system Provide clear explanations of benefits, services, and claims/reimbursement procedures to customers Interface with providers, patients, billing services, and insurance adjusters in a professional and courteous manner Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns Maintain attention to detail and ability to multi-task with customer interactions and various applications Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of prior customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn basic medical terminology Strong technical aptitude and ability to work independently Quiet and professional work environment free of distractions High-speed internet connection (DSL or cable modem – non-cellular – with minimum speed of 25 mbps download and 15 mbps upload) Essential Qualifications No prior medical insurance experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training for individuals willing to learn and grow. You should be able to train and work in a remote environment, with a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service and a positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience in the insurance or medical industry is an asset. Additionally, proficiency in multiple software applications and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment are desirable.
