Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and guests, and we're looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer patient calls regarding Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and research balances * Manage patient refunds and process patient payments * Provide exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and guests * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient inquiries and concerns * Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and quality service **Requirements** * Minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections * Current knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for commercial insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare * Thorough understanding of EOBs and ability to effectively communicate with patients via phone and writing * Extensive attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills * Self-motivated, team player with a positive attitude * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a revenue cycle management or medical billing environment * Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems (PMS) * Certification in medical billing or a related field (e.g., CPC, CCS-P) * Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our staff and creating a positive, fun working environment.
