About Our Healthcare Customer Service Representative Role We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blithequark. Calmly and effectively resolve and de-escalate customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience. Escalate interactions to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary and appropriate. Respond to requests for assistance, process payments, and handle related customer inquiries. Accurately track and document all call-related information for auditing, reporting, and quality improvement purposes. Provide constructive feedback on call issues, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Upsell or cross-sell services, if required, to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Qualifications and Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Proficiency in navigating Windows operating systems and using desktop computer systems. Logical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities. Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute. Work-from-Home Requirements: To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need: A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps and upload speed of 3.0 Mbps. No packet loss and ping under 50ms. Proof of internet speed may be required.
