Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Policy Administration: Conduct policy reviews and update policies as needed, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards. Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using your knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer outcomes. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the insurance or related industry. Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and respond to their needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
