Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Ecommerce Customer Service Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a chat support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via chat support. You will help customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure that they have a positive experience. This is a work-from-home position that offers flexibility and convenience, and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
