Job Overview
As a Data Entry Technician at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data into our operating system, supporting the customs brokerage process, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This is a part-time position, requiring 15-20 hours of work per week, with flexible hours between Monday and Friday, 8AM-5PM. Key Responsibilities

Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system.
Verify documents received for import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring adherence to regulations and standards.
Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.


Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will require:

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
