Key Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system
Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring that all regulations are met
Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally, through effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ensure compliance at all times to regulations, including daily execution of workflow and department metrics
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Qualifications and Skills

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
