Key Responsibilities Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Understand and identify customs documentation, including the ability to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system. Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management. Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies at all times, adhering to our high standards of integrity and professionalism. Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization. These include: An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
