Key Responsibilities Identify information to aid a wide variety of ERM and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation awareness areas Collect and process information from disparate information systems throughout our US and global businesses Design dashboards that assist stakeholders in scoping risk and assessing the maturity of associated controls Construct custom reports as needed and apply knowledge in analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk Draw insights and correlations from data and communicate results to compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders Provide input on new and emerging risk areas using data-driven analysis and solicit feedback to support continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Deep SQL knowledge and expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters Ability to generate impactful visualizations and use data to "tell a story" Proficiency in coding using R or Python Strong verbal and written communication skills A growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new things Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities and deadlines Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems Certifications in data analysis, risk management, or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop in their careers.
