* Working flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST).
**Required Skills**

* **Typing Proficiency**: Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM).
* **Language Skills**: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
