Your role will involve: - **Key Responsibilities:** Drive member satisfaction through focused, strategic outreach. Develop and manage member campaigns, conducting evaluation reviews. Collaborate with provider management and procurement to implement member outreach campaigns. Establish and maintain strong relationships with provider families. Serve as a quality champion, measuring and tracking the effectiveness of initiatives impacting customer satisfaction, cost management, and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive service improvements for internal and external clients. Conduct quality evaluations/audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Identify and report errors to relevant teams. Assist with the day-to-day operations of the assigned functional unit. Perform data analysis to identify and communicate trends. Participate in special projects and reviews as needed.
