As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurate data entry and seamless collaboration with colleagues within our pharmacy administration process. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Prioritizing and addressing customer service requests based on urgency and information needs
* Verifying and confirming the accuracy of dispensed medications
* Assisting in monitoring controlled substance (opioid) prescriptions for compliance
* Providing pharmacists with critical information regarding allergies, drug interactions, and relevant alerts
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

**Required Qualifications:**
* Valid certification/license as a pharmacy professional or as required by state regulations
* One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy professional
**Preferred Qualifications:**

* PTCB certification
* High school diploma or GED
