Your primary responsibilities will include conveying information, creating plans and information contracts, coordinating undertakings, and collaborating with partners to deliver data products that are discoverable, easy to understand, and aligned with strict administration, risk, and compliance guidelines. You will work closely with key colleagues to develop data product strategies that align with financial objectives and targets, examining and managing gap analysis for the management of financial data structures from various sources into a modernized platform. Key Responsibilities: Be hands-on with the conveyance of information, displaying, planning, and creating information contracts Coordinate undertakings and partner commitment to enable the delivery of data products that are discoverable, easy to understand, and aligned with strict administration, risk, and compliance guidelines Maintain sound commitment with partners to ensure arrangements are correctly measured and decisively aligned to the overall data strategy Work with key colleagues to develop data product strategies that align with financial objectives and targets Examine and manage gap analysis for the management of financial data structures from various sources into a modernized platform Create and follow through on timelines, budgets, recognition standards, and service levels Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential Qualifications: 5+ years of experience delivering data solutions, including directly leading engineering resources and studios Experience in data product management, with a focus on financial products or solutions Strong data modeling design and documentation skills, following the full delivery life cycle of business commitment through to feasible, legal, and actual data design and project delivery; supporting specialty units' data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence/ML needs Deep technical expertise in data, platforms, and tools, including AWS, Snowflake, dbt, and infrastructure as-code (Terraform/CDK) Experience with streaming data processing concepts, including batch and real-time in-the-moment insight creation and distribution Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to interact and influence across the organization, including Chiefs Build serious areas of strength for an of best practices and standards in data and engineering Deep technical expertise on data engineering delivery practices, able to address skills and processes to different levels of the organization Experience working in the hospitality, travel, or media industry Preferred Qualifications: Graduate degree and/or equivalent work experience Education A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. A graduate degree is preferred.
