Key Responsibilities: Transfer confidential data from paper and/or electronic (typed) formats into billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Type in data provided directly from staff, maintaining a high level of precision and speed. Verify data by comparison and generating reports, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Sort and organize paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry, ensuring that all documents are properly filed and easily accessible. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The following qualifications are required: High School Diploma or equivalent required, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic skills and knowledge. Prior work experience in data entry, preferably in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office, although not essential.
