Job Responsibilities This is a telecommuting position, and you'll be required to have a PC/MAC that's no more than 3-4 years old. You'll need to have a reliable internet connection and be able to work independently in a quiet, distraction-free environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: Email customer service in an online ticket response system Utilizing best-answer templates to interact with clients Online data entry work, product and service reviews, surveys, and other online activities We're not currently seeking phone customer service agents, so you'll be focused on providing exceptional service through email and online channels.
