**Job Overview**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using online platforms and tools developed by our team. You will collaborate closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to drive projects forward, resolve issues, and achieve common goals. This is a remote opportunity, but you must be located in Alaska.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
* Investigating discrepancies as they arise
* Completing additional projects as assigned
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* Tech experience is strongly preferred
* Must be able to read, write, and speak English
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Desire and ability to be a team player
* Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Typing speed of at least 50-60 wpm
