**Responsibilities**
As a remote data entry specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Entering and updating customer, vendor, and transaction data into databases or CRM platforms
* Reviewing data for accuracy and completeness
* Maintaining records of activities and tasks
* Identifying and correcting errors in data entries
* Performing data validation and cleanup as needed
* Communicating with team members to clarify information
* Meeting daily and weekly productivity goals
* Handling confidential information with integrity and discretion
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
* Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy (at least 50 WPM preferred)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
* Experience with CRM or database systems is a plus
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
