**Job Summary**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in processing customer information, ensuring accuracy, and meeting deadlines. You'll work closely with our operations, customer services, and account management teams to facilitate auditing, data entry, and customer communication. **Responsibilities**

* Process customer information accurately and efficiently, meeting or exceeding KPH (key performance indicator) standards of 6000 minimum
* Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
* Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader
* Carry out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management, including ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley, Health and Safety, and ISO standards
* Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS systems
* Verify customer records using the system, set up DCS screens, and transmit data to customers
* Research and resolve system data issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

**Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies**

* Demonstrate excellent customer service behaviors, including empathy, patience, and effective communication
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work and communicate confidently in a multicultural environment
* Input a large volume of data accurately and efficiently, with meticulous attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines
* Work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with poise and confidence
* Experience working within an operational service delivery role, with IT literacy and knowledge of Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to navigate a fast-moving environment and take direction from team members
