Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals and driving process improvements through innovative thinking and recommendations. Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality focus Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards and adhering to arenaflex's commitment to data privacy and security Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, driving innovation and continuous improvement Work until all tasks are completed for the day, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results Perform other basic office duties as assigned, adapting to changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Compensation and Benefits The hourly pay for this position is $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time is preferred, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
