Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Operations Support

Key Responsibilities:

Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Resolve discrepancies in data entries and correct errors as needed.
Assist in the development of data entry procedures and best practices.
Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of data.
Participate in training sessions to enhance data management skills.
Provide reports and summaries of data entry activities as required.


Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 40 WPM.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Preferred Qualifications:


Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative position.
