**Job Summary**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency. You'll work closely with various teams, including internal and external stakeholders, to resolve issues and provide green resolutions to complex problems. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex problems
* Analyze and reconcile eligibility records between systems
* Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

**Required Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and entry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
* Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
* High School Diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the healthcare industry
* Strong knowledge of data entry and analysis principles
* Experience working with shared mailboxes and work queues
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
