**Job Summary**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and correcting eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and provide exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

* Review and correct eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Resolve issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve problems and improve processes
* Analyze data and identify trends to improve data quality and accuracy
* Develop and maintain knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and guidelines
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
* Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* Experience in the healthcare industry preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or data analysis
* Experience with healthcare industry regulations and guidelines
* Certification in data analysis or a related field
* Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or other healthcare software
