Job Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced data entry specialists to join our team on a full-time or contract basis. This is a remote job opportunity available to candidates based in the United States, with a focus on the Charlotte, NC area. As a data entry specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into internal and external systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of client information. This is a 3-4 month contract position, with the potential to extend or lead to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

Enter data into internal and external systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
Input and load client employee payroll information and personal employee information in a timely and accurate manner
Update client or company level information changes, such as delivery addresses and contact information, to maintain accurate account information
Input State Unemployment Insurance rate changes to ensure integrity of client taxes
Work closely with clients to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or issues
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and software
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and perform basic calculations
