Your primary responsibility will be to accurately input and update travel-related information into our database systems, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Accurately input and update travel-related information, including bookings, reservations, client details, and other relevant data, into our database systems. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entered into the system. Record Management: Organize and maintain digital records and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information as needed. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including reservations, customer service, and management, to ensure seamless exchange of information and efficient workflow. Documentation: Prepare and organize documentation related to bookings, reservations, contracts, and client communications in accordance with company policies and procedures. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining data entry processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing data quality within the organization. Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding the handling and safeguarding of sensitive information.
