As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Key Responsibilities Accurately process customer information and ensure completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum keystroke per hour (KPH) of 6000. Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams. Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader. Carry out duties deemed necessary by arenaflex management. Ensure full compliance with key operating standards, including Sarbanes Oxley, Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid), and ISO standards, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures. Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and input data onto SKP or DCS. Use the system to verify customer records. Set up DCS screens and transmit data to customers. Research and resolve system data issues. Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to input a large volume of data onto the system accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. IT literacy, with knowledge of using all Windows-based packages (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
